The service provided by Bali Brothers was of a very high standard.  Right from the start of the process we were provided timely and useful information regarding hotel accommodation, things to do and see in Bali, places to dine at, etc.  Bookings were made promptly and our hotel room requests were taken care of.  A reliable and friendly taxi driver was also provided upon request.  While in Bali, always available for any questions and proved to be a reliable source of information.  On arrival, we were received at the airport, which was a personal touch that was greatly appreciated.

We had the most wonderful time! Thank you very much for organising everything, the wedding was beautiful.

My wife and I traveled to Bali on holiday. Laila Bayuni of Bali Brothers was our travel agent and helped us plan our trip. Laila was wonderful! She was a delight and pleasure to work with! And she and her company were extraordinarily helpful and informative. My wife and I have travelled a lot, and we have rarely experienced of VIP service that Laila extended! We had a magnificent holiday in Bali and a large part of that was due to the team at Bali Brothers. Everything was flawless right from the beginning, your help in narrowing down the appropriate property where we could spend our vacation, the smooth fashion in which the bookings were done; being there at the airport and transporting us to our villa, arranging for local transport, your suggestions for both sightseeing and eating places etc. Thank you very much once again and we hope to visit Bali again soon.

It is our pleasure to write this note to thank you for taking care of all the arrangements for our Bali holiday from 3/12/12 – 9/12/12.  The family totally enjoyed ourselves and had a good relaxing time.  The staff at Kayumanis were attentive and helpful  and made our stay a most pleasant one.  The driver you arranged for us was accomodating and most pleasant.  We would not hesitate to recommend  your service to our friends should they need a contact in Bali.
