Tanah Lot Temples
Tanah Lot Temple is situated in the coastal region of the Beraban countryside, the Kediri sub district and the Tabanan Regency. It is situated 30 Km to the west of main city capital and about 11 Km in south side of Tabanan town. This is the ideal place for tourists to come and watch a beautiful sunset. The temple as a whole is dedicated to the god of the sea. The Temple was built centuries ago and has been one of the islands most religious locations. All of the sea based temples were built on the coast and in eye site of the other temples thus forming a chain of temples. At the entrance of the temple the Balinese believe sea serpents guard the temple from trespassers.
The Taman Ayun Temple is located in the Mengwi Village, which is about 18 Km north of Bali’s capital. The temple is located in the center of a big fish pond. The whole temple is finely crafted with some of the finest Balinese carvings and building work. The front lawn of the temple is open to anyone that wishes to come and is a ideal place to spend time with loved ones. The Taman Ayun Temples Function is intertwined with the building structure. Istadewata is the main god worshiped at the Taman Ayun Temple. The god is a manifestation of Lord Vishnu who is also worshiped at Puncak Gunung Mangu (on the top of Mangu Mount)
Canggu beach is surrounded by rice fields and is more or less fifteen minutes from the north of Seminyak and is easily accessible from anywhere in Bali since that it is well known. Canggu beach is most known for the three major things, the surf, the rice fields and the view that can be enjoyed from the beach front or from a private villa that can be rented. The long beach stretches for about eight kilometers then inter winds with other beaches down the line. Canggu is a great place to stay as it is a very low populated are and is still quiet and a place where a lot of privacy can be maintained. Canggu area is great for family visits due to the friendly locals and the great atmosphere that Canggu gives of.
